Kozy Kot is an immaculately clean cottage for rent located on beautiful Paudash Lake. The western exposure affords tenants a magnificent view of the sunsets over the lake.

Kozy Kot is a well-maintained, older cottage with three bedrooms, a double bed in each of two bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in the third. The three-piece bathroom consists of toilet, wash-basin and shower. The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped with microwave oven, 30" stove, new refrigerator, toaster, toaster-oven, coffee pot and all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery that anyone could need. Well water is available. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes satellite television and a wood burning airtight stove to take the chill off in case the mornings are cool. A sun porch overlooking the lake is the favourite room for most tenants.

The picnic area has a gas barbecue as well as a charcoal one and a picnic table beside the lake. A fire-pit is there to be used if there is no burning ban in effect. There is a rowboat, complete with a pair of oars, tied to the dock. You do need to supply your own life jackets.
